Traveling | Stand-By
My husband has been interning with NWA, now Delta, for the last year and we have been able to enjoy all the opportunities of flying to places that we may never have before including Vancouver/Whistler, Salt Lake City, Alaska, and Mexico. Now that our flight privileges have changed with Delta we can fly international. It is a little tricky because they really pack the flights, but if you can get it just right you might even get a cushy seat in first class! We have been able to enjoy that a couple times already. So tomorrow we are making an attempt to get out of the country for the first time using our flight privileges. Were to….ROME! We were there three years ago this coming August for our honeymoon and I sure never thought I would be back. Actually, we never even got to see Rome since we hopped on a bus and went right out to our cruise boat when we flew in and the same when we went home. So we missed out on the actual city. So lets hope that we make it because the flights look tight right now. I also won’t have phone/internet access until I am home on Sunday! Wish me luck! BYE!!!
This is from our honeymoon at our stop in Sorrento, Italy on the Amalfi Coast! So beautiful!
Here is an image that Matt’s friend “digitally stitched” together of a bay on our last trip in Alaska! Loved this place!
Love the view! How do you get off of work to do that much traveling? How exciting. Have a safe and fun trip:)
I don’t work weekends!!
