Teeny Bee Boutique Editorial with Emmi Ro Creative
I consider myself an introvert and am usually perfectly happy spending slow days at home, quiet afternoons in my office (iced coffee by my side), or cozy evenings on the couch. One recent evening instead of catching up on my favorite shows I decided to get out to meet some other local Twin Cities creatives at a Tuesdays Together meeting. It was there that I met Emily of Emmi Ro and asked her if she might be interested in collaborating on a project I had been wanting to do!
I have recently considered pursuing editorial photography for my business, specifically children’s boutique fashions. I would love to create imagery for designers who need content for their lookbooks, social media, or website portfolio. It would be a great way for me to build solid clients and be able to continue working with them even as I move every few years. I love seeing new trends and working with clients and stylists that have fresh ideas for shoots!
Fast forward to a few weeks after Emily and I met and we were jumping on the floor like monkeys and throwing marshmallows to four crazy kids in order to get some sweet shots for this editorial shoot! I love how it all came together and hope to do many more similar sessions in the feature.
