Post Processing | Action Recipes
I haven’t done any editing posts since I don’t feel that I am anywhere near an expert in the process of editing, but lately I have been studying many different styles of post processing and finding new ways that I might want to edit my images. I have been taking images into photoshop and playing with the actions that I have to get looks that I like. I feel that these newer ways of processing are different from what I usually do and I am trying to find a happy medium between what you always see, what I love, and something unique to myself and my brand. I hope that in the feature I can be consistent with my processing and present quality images that make me proud. For now you might notice some new things I am playing with!
Today I am featuring some action recipes using Totally Rad Actions. I love these actions!! They have actions that help with retouching, color correcting, and adding a little pop and character to your images. The possibilities are endless with the capability to use multiple actions at once to create a very unique style! For those more advance in photoshop you have the ability to tweak layers within actions and use layer masks! Don’t know what any of that is? Just ASK! I would be happy to explain that in a feature post.
Let me preface all this by saying again that my settings and recipes are only suggestions on ways to get images like these. They are not always the right ways, but I think it is good to practice, practice, practice, experiment, and find ways to get the images that you want and then be consistent! Let me know which post processing recipe is your favorite!
