Jody and Andrew Part I | Minnesota Wedding Photography
I love it when I can photograph for friends. It takes a little bit of the pressure off in some ways, but puts on a little more pressure in others. I feel like I get to loosen up a bit and act like myself. I can have a little more fun! This wedding was extra special because Krista of Never Miss a Moment was the MOH!! Talk about pressure! But she did a great job and I had so much fun with all my friends. What I great fall wedding! Seriously, the colors were stunning. The ceremony was held a the Panola Valley Gardens in Lindstrom, MN. I have been to a wedding here before so I was super excited to get back again for a fall wedding. The day was chilly with light sprinkles, but that didn’t get the bride and groom down! They worked it out and had a great day. The party started at the Scandia Creamery which is such a unique place to have a reception. Beautiful open ceiling, fun lighting, and glass mirrors. If I remember who the caterer was I will let you know! The food was awesome, think comfort food, pepperoni pizza pasta, buffalo wings, and cheesy potatoes. I can’t remember the rest.
This is a large post and so for the first time I am doing it in two parts! Introducing party ONE!
Starting off with my getting ready shots, might be my favorite GR shot ever!
STRAW! Fun place just off the road that was dirty and muddy but full of character!
Jody and Andrew decided on doing a first look because we had more light to work with before the ceremony and lots of time to get some great shots!
Isn’t this place stunning!! I love all the gorgeous trees, flowers, and plants everywhere!
I love a little laughing!
These are some shots of the great gardens they have at Panola Family Gardens. So beautiful even in October!
What little girl doesn’t want ruby slippers?
Good thing they planning to get married under the pavilion since we had a little rain.
Meow…where did you come from?
Yeah we are married!! Come back tomorrow for part dos!
Oooh, I love those getting ready shots Amy! The bride looks fab (and so does Krista!) 🙂
