Winter Gin and Tonic
A seasonal gin and tonic that is carbonated and poured on draught. This unique tonic is citrus-forward and leans more on the bitter side, but paired winter syrup has holiday spices that make this perfect for the colder months.
- Sutler’s Spirit Co. Gin
- TONYC (Reverie’s homemade tonic syrup)
- Winter Syrup
- c02
Morningstar Punch
Bourbon is paired with a local sorghum rum that has bourbon characteristics. This is a tiki-esque punch with pineapple, and spices such as anise and cinnamon; a great holiday cocktail.
- Knob Creek Bourbon
- Fair Game Amber Rum
- Winter & Rothman Apricot Liqueur
- Allspice Dram
- Organic Pineapple Juice
- Lemon
- Star Anise Syrup
You’ll Shoot Your Rye Out!
A Manhattan with just a touch of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry juice in the mix. The spiciness of the rye, and the bitterness of the Cocchi sweet vermouth are balanced well with the syrup; the Angostura Bitters add warm baking spices.
Christmas Aperol
A riff on a vodka-sour. a local (semi-sweet) vodka was used in this cocktail to let the other ingredients shine. Aperol is a slightly bitter amaro; it pairs well with the tartness from the jam.
- TOPO Vodka
- Aperol
- Cranberry-Rosemary Jam
- Lemon
- Sugar-Dusted Rosemary Sprig
I know it’s going to be hard to choose! Hopefully, I made it easy since there are only four! Now you can go try each one and let me know which was your favorite!
