At the FIND workshop we were challenged to have a personal project to work on. This personal project was to help inspire us while shooting maybe outside of what we would normally shoot. Often we can get used to doing the same thing over and over and loose our creativity in the repetitiveness of our work. My first personal project was to share Philadelphia!
Since I move frequently with Matt’s job in the military I have often thought about sharing posts about where I live! Philadelphia is such an interesting city with so much history and fun things to do! It brought me a little outside of my comfort zone to try to document a day walking in the city. Typically I am shooting couples and families but this day I had to document landscapes and buildings. That best part was there was no pressure which made this time shooting fun! We took my sister-in-law, her husband, and our niece on our little tour of the town and I brought my camera along for the day! I hope you enjoy a little of what this city has to offer! And if you come visit I promise we will go enjoy one of those mouth-watering cheesesteaks!
